Login / sign-in
Any user with an active FOOTDISTRICT account can login to the app.
- Open the app and, on the home screen, choose the option: "I already have an account".
- Accept the terms and conditions of the app.
- Enter the email address and password of your FOOTDISTRICT customer account.
If an error message is displayed, check that the email and information are correct. If you do not remember your password, follow the password reset process.
Registration / sign-up process
Users who do not have a FOOTDISTRICT account. By creating an account on the Outer Shelf, a customer account will also be automatically created on the FOOTDISTRICT website.
- Open the application and, on the home screen, choose the option: "Create new account".
- Accept the terms and conditions of the app.
- Complete the profile details.
- Accept the FOOTDISTRICT privacy policy and newsletter subscription.
- Wait for the successful registration message.
If an error message is displayed, it may be because there is already a FOOTDISTRICT customer account linked to that email address.
Outer Shelf is available on the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play for Android devices.
