The winners of the draws are chosen totally at random, and never by the decision of any member of FOOTDISTRICT.
Raffle winner status is personal and non-transferable. Evidence of any attempt to assign or sell the option to buy by the winner will result in the disqualification of such person in upcoming raffles and other measures, such as removing the customer from the FOOTDISTRICT VERIFIED program or even suspending their account.
FOOTDISTRICT reserves the right to disqualify any customer found to be manipulating their participation in the raffle or the results thereof.
Once you have registered for the raffle, you authorise FOOTDISTRICT to charge the total amount of the item plus shipping costs, if any. If the payment cannot be made automatically, the participation will be cancelled.
