We have extended the return period !
We have extended the return period until January 31 for all the purchases made for all purchases made from November 20.
*All purchases (except exclusive drops) made after November 20 and until January 10, 2025 (included) will have an extended return period and thus the customer will be able to return the order until January 31, 2025 (included).
At FOOTDISTRICT, our customers are our priority, so if you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it according to our conditions.
General return terms and conditions.
- You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item to make the return or inform us of any incidents with the shipment.

We do not make exchanges. If you wish, you can process a return and place a new order.

The return shipping costs and any other additional costs generated by the shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that you must use a shipping service that covers customs and import costs at the destination.
- The items to be returned must not have been used or washed and must contain all elements included in the original shipment (tags, original packaging, etc.). Otherwise, your return will be rejected.
- The original shoe box is part of the product and must be in perfect condition. Do not write or stick labels on it and make sure to pack it correctly to prevent damage during transport (you can use the same box used for the shipping or other packaging that protects it). Otherwise, your return will be rejected.
- We will process the refund once the quality of the returned products has been verified. This process can take 5 to 7 working days from receipt of the item. Initial shipping costs, if any, and any other additional costs generated by the shipment will not be included in the refund.
- Due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns of socks, underwear, and swimwear.

Any rejected shipment or not received by the recipient entails return costs and possible charges such as local taxes or customs costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount. In the case of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, rejected packages will have a fixed cost of 5€ (VAT included) for the administrative handling of the rejection.
- For RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, you must attach the invoice and the customs document that you should request beforehand via email.
How to return an item?
Step 1- Choose the return method.
1.1- Free In-Store return. Just bring your return to one of our physical stores:
- FOOTDISTRICT Madrid - C/ Valverde 35 , 28004, Madrid.
- FOOTDISTRICT Barcelona - C/ Lleona 4 , 08002, Barcelona.
Bring the product in its original box or bag, without the FOOTDISTRICT shipping box. Once verified, our Administration Department will issue a refund via the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email.To learn more about the remaining refund process, you can go directly to Step 2 "Refund of the amount".
1.2 - Send the product to our warehouse
Send the product using your chosen courier to the following address:

Use the original FOOTDISTRICT shipping box or a suitable replacement if necessary, writing the order number on the outside of the package and the word "return".
IMPORTANT: Return shipping and any additional costs are your responsibility. Ensure the courier covers customs and import duties.
For RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, you must attach the invoice and the customs document, which you must request in advance by completing the return form or by emailing help@footdistrict.com. Once we have received the return request, we will send you these documents. The absence of the invoice and the customs document will generate additional costs in addition to those mentioned above.
Step 2- Refund of the amount:
- Once the quality of the returned products has been verified and approved, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase and you will receive a confirmation email. This process can take from 5 to 7 working days from the receipt of the item in our warehouse.
During periods of high purchase volume such as sales, promotions, Black Friday, etc., an additional 1 to 3 working days may be needed to process the refund. Additionally, the receipt of the funds may be delayed due to factors beyond FOOTDISTRICT's control (internal bank processes, the card company, or Paypal).
- The refund will not include the initial shipping costs if there were any.
- If your order was paid by cash on delivery or with Multibanco, please provide us with a bank account number including the IBAN so that we can return the money via bank transfer.
What should I do if my product shows possible damage or manufacturing defects?
If you believe that the received product shows damage or manufacturing defects, please contact our Customer Service team selecting the reason "defective/damaged product". You have a period of 14 natural days from the receipt of the item to report it. Send photos/video of the defect and a clear explanation of the problem, and FOOTDISTRICT will follow the protocol to assess the problem and offer a possible solution.
