Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.
During high-volume shopping periods such as sales or promotions (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), shipments may require an additional 1 to 3 business days to process.
Due to brand rights, the sale of Nike, Jordan, and Converse products is limited to countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. The countries belonging to the EEA are the EU, United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.
Our orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. box or military base.
Fees and Taxes:
Customs costs, import duties, or taxes generated in the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. The recipient is responsible for covering any additional costs that customs may request.
- Shipments within the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA)
No customs duties apply, except in territories with special tax regimes, such as:
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Azores and Madeira, Åland Islands.
Although Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway are part of the European Economic Area (EEA), they do not belong to the EU customs union, so they may be subject to import duties and taxes. Switzerland, which is not part of either the EU or the EEA, may also apply customs charges.
- Shipments outside the European Union
Orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees established by the destination country.
We recommend consulting with your local customs office in advance to learn about possible additional costs before placing your order.
FOOTDISTRICT will not cover the costs related to taxes and customs duties specific to each country or territory. In case of package rejection due to non-acceptance of customs charges, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded, and the costs generated by the return shipment will be deducted.
For orders placed from outside the EU, VAT is not included in the item price. In Europe, it is included in the item prices. The final product price is the one displayed on the website and does not vary in any case.
VAT will not be refunded on international sales.
