It is not possible to modify your entry, but you can cancel it and make a new registration.
How to cancel your participation in EQL
Step 1: Go to the drop page
Use the link from the confirmation email or return to the original drop page where you participated.
If the cancellation does not work from the email link, access the launch page directly and log in there.
EQL support cannot cancel entries for you, so always try:
- The launch page directly
- Another device, such as a mobile or laptop
- Another browser
Step 2: Log in and check your participation
On the drop page, scroll to the bottom. You will see one of these options:
- “View Your Entry” → You are logged in. You can proceed with the cancellation.
- “Enter Now” → You are not logged in. Click on “Enter Now” and log in with your EQL credentials.
If you see the “Enter Now” button, it means you are not logged in.
