There are two simple ways to check if your participation has been submitted correctly:
Option 1: Check it on app.eql.com
- Go to app.eql.com/login and log in with the email you used to participate.
- If your participation has been registered correctly, you will see it in the active entries section.
- If it does not appear, it may not have been submitted.
Option 2: Return to the launch page
- Go back to the drop page and log in, or refresh the page.
- If you still see the participation form instead of a confirmation screen, it is likely that your participation was not submitted.
You can try again. The system will prevent duplicate entries with the same email. If it allows you to submit it, it means your original participation was not registered.
