Orders purchased online can also be returned in person at one of our physical stores:
- Barcelona - C/ Lleona 4, 08002, Barcelona
- Madrid - C/ Valverde 35, 28004, Madrid.
You can hand over the product you wish to return at any of our physical stores to be processed and refunded. Once our Returns Department receives the item, we will refund the amount and send you a confirmation email.
Please note that the refund will be made using the same payment method used for your online purchase. If your order was paid by cash on delivery or with Multibanco, you must email us at help@footdistrict.com with a bank account number including the IBAN so we can refund you via bank transfer.
