Can I return my order at a physical store even if it was delivered in another region?

Yes, you can return your order at any of our physical stores, even if the delivery or shipment took place in another city.

Although Reveni initially shows the option for in-store returns only for orders shipped near our stores, you can also return your order at any store by following these steps: 

MADRID or BARCELONA Store

  1. Initiate the return request on Reveni.
  2. Change the region to Madrid or Barcelona, depending on the store you choose.
  3. Select the In-Store Return (free) option.
  4. Bring your order to the FOOTDISTRICT store to complete the return.
  5. Ensure that the products are in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, for the return to be accepted.
