Yes, it is a requirement for any return that the product is properly protected. This prevents it from being damaged during the return shipping. The products you return, whether they don't fit or don't convince you, are put back on sale. For this reason, we are very strict when evaluating the condition of returns.
The box/bag of the item is part of the original product. Make sure to protect it properly so it is not damaged during transport. We recommend placing the original box/bag inside the FOOTDISTRICT box or another wrapping that protects it. Items to be returned must be in perfect condition. They cannot have been used and must contain all elements (tags, packaging, etc.) included in the original shipment. Otherwise, a penalty of up to 100% of the item's value may be applied.
