A return will not be accepted for a product that shows deterioration or dirt, evidence of use, or any other damage. Similarly, if the product box is damaged (if it has been written on, adhesive tape applied, or its label manipulated), the return will be rejected. The main reasons a return will be rejected are as follows:
- Exceeding the 14 calendar days period from the receipt of the item to make the return.
- The product or its box is not in perfect condition, as it was sent.
