If you have received a product that does not match the items listed in the purchase confirmation email, please contact us to resolve it as soon as possible.
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item to report a problem with the order. After 14 days, it is no longer possible to request a return.
Send us a return request through Reveni selecting the reason "I received the wrong product." Send photos of the item and a clear explanation of the problem, and FOOTDISTRICT will follow the protocol to evaluate the problem and offer a possible solution.
We will not refund or replace any item if a claim has not been previously opened with us. These cases may be subject to an investigation, and no refund or replacement will be sent until the investigation is completed. The average time for an investigation is 5-7 business days.
