If you received any product that does not match the items that appear on the confirmation email of your purchase, please get in touch with us so that we can solve it as soon as possible.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to report any problem with the order. After this period is over it is not possible to request any return, as specified by the Terms and Conditions for making a return.

A refund or replacement of the item(s) cannot be processed without a prior claim opened with us. These cases may be subject to an investigation, and no refund or replacement can be issued until the investigation is complete. The average time for an investigation is 5-7 business days.
