Before going to the drop-off point, we recommend checking that the selected point accepts returns via barcode to avoid unnecessary trips.
If you have chosen the labelless return option, you must deliver your package to a UPS point enabled to accept returns via barcode.
You can check the available drop-off points through the link provided during the return process in Reveni and also available here.
To ensure you select a valid point, access the UPS locator and activate the "Available Services" filter. Then, select the "Accepts mobile barcodes" option to view only the points that allow this type of return.
